Very good 5 ideas! I don’t agree completely with no.6 though because in my experience, working people who cook at home tend to cook on the weekends and freeze lunches for the week. Not-so-fresh food is far less nutritious, even when it has been frozen. This is an even bigger mistake if you buy very expensive, organic ingredients to cook and then end up eating the cooked food days later when they’ve lost most of their nutritional value. On the other hand, eating out can ensure that your food is cooked just minutes before you eat it. Such food is likely to give you optimal nutrients. A long term practice of eating fresh may even save you health dollars eventually.
