I published a book, Buddha Balance, through Amazon Kindle earlier this month. I’m delighted to share that the much-awaited companion to it, the Buddha Balance Journal, is now available in paperback format from bookstores and on Amazon (US, Canada, UK, Japan and Australia, among others).

However, if you are based in Asia (except Japan) and would like to get your hands on a copy, currently, you can only do so directly through me.
